1. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges only in the following situations:

• Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us immediately at Paintplusbuildingsolutions@gmail.com
  within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the item and offer either a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.
• Incorrect Order: If the wrong product was shipped to you, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a return and send you the correct product.
• Unopened, Unused Products: Products that are unopened and unused can be returned within 7 days for a full refund. Please note that the product must be in its original condition and packaging.

Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products due to hygiene and safety reasons, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Refund Process

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The product is returned in its original packaging and condition.
• You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return or exchange process.
• The return request is approved by our team after verification.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take up to  7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

• Gift Cards: We do not offer refunds on gift cards.
• Sale or Promotional Items: Products purchased as part of a sale or promotional offer are not refundable, except in the case of defective or damaged goods.
• Personal Care Products: For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for a return or refund unless they are defective.

4. Shipping Costs

The cost of shipping for returns is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as sending a damaged or incorrect product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. Story Ayurveda cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

5. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. We will do our best to accommodate your cancellation request if possible.
